TOTLCOM Customer Training on ShoreWare Director

This TOTLCOM expert-led webinar will help educate those who wish to learn more about basic ShoreTel administration using ShoreWare Director. Whether you take this course as a refresher or are covering the material for the first time, this training will increase your knowledge of the system, and improve your confidence with fundamental tasks and system modifications. The Second Wednesday of each month starting at 10:00 AM PDT and lasting about an hour.

This hour long course is for administrators responsible for maintaining their ShoreTel VoIP Telephone system. You are introduced to the use and functionality of ShoreWare Director,  the web-based administration and maintenance tool that lets you manage your ShoreTel system from anywhere on your IP network.

In this course you will learn to:

• Login and out of ShoreWare Director
• Create new administrators
• Create, delete, move, and change users
• Add a new IP or analog phone
• Bring a new switch into service
• Add trunks
• Configure Auto Attendant menus, Hunt Groups, and
  Workgroups
• Create System Schedules
• Add and maintain sites and bring an application
  server into service
• Apply tools for routine/necessary maintenance
