Rod Belton

Rod Belton is a Vice President with TOTLCOM Inc.  In this role he manages administrative functions of the company. 

Mr. Belton is no stranger to the telecommunications industry.  His experience includes more than 40 years of leadership as both a purchaser and a provider of telecommunications services and equipment.  Before joining TOTLCOM in 1984 Rod Belton worked for 12 years as Telecommunications Manager for a nationwide retail photo-finishing corporation. In this capacity in 1981 he participated in Congressional hearings that resulted in deregulation of the telecommunications industry and birth of the interconnect industry.

Drawing on his years of experience and collaborative leadership style Rod Belton now focuses mainly on human resources tasks and process improvement opportunities.

A big believer of community services and international humanitarian efforts Rod is very active with Rotary International.  He has served the organization in a variety of leadership and training positions.

Rod Belton and wife Nancy make their home in the foothills between Monterey and Salinas, California.  They have two grown daughters, one son-in-law and three grandchildren.
