What is the extent of my role and participation in the activation?

The customer has to be on-site during the activation process and have their router, as well as the correct cable connection from the T1 to the router. TOTLCOM’s experienced Account Executives will provide the correct equipment during the initial order process, making it as seamless as possible, so you can get back to the business of doing business.
